Game Development Mastery Program

Transform your creative vision into playable experiences through our comprehensive mobile game development curriculum. Build real projects while learning industry-standard practices.

Apply for Fall 2025

Real Projects, Real Skills

We've been teaching game development for seven years now, and honestly? Most programs miss the mark. They focus too much on theory and not enough on what actually happens when you're staring at a blank screen at 2 AM, wondering why your character keeps falling through the floor.

Our approach is different. You'll work on actual mobile games from week one. Not tutorials – real projects that could end up in app stores. We've seen too many students complete courses only to realize they can't build anything on their own.

  • Build 3 complete mobile games during the program

  • Work with Unity, C#, and mobile optimization techniques

  • Learn UI/UX principles specific to mobile gaming

  • Master app store submission and marketing basics

Six-Month Journey

1

Foundation & First Game

Start with Unity basics and C# fundamentals. By month's end, you'll have built a simple but complete puzzle game. We focus on getting you comfortable with the development environment and basic programming concepts through hands-on practice.

2

Mobile Optimization

Learn the crucial differences between desktop and mobile development. Touch controls, performance optimization, battery life considerations – all the stuff that separates amateur projects from professional mobile games. You'll rebuild your first game with mobile-first thinking.

3

Advanced Game Mechanics

Dive into complex systems like AI behavior, physics interactions, and data persistence. This is where most self-taught developers struggle. We break down these concepts through practical implementation in your second major project – an action-based mobile game.

4

UI/UX for Mobile Games

Design interfaces that work on small screens. Learn about user flow, accessibility, and the psychology behind mobile game interfaces. Your third project focuses heavily on creating intuitive, engaging user experiences that keep players coming back.

Bethany Kirkwood

Lead Instructor

I've been making mobile games since 2017, and I've made every mistake you can imagine. Shipped games that crashed on half the devices out there. Built beautiful interfaces that nobody could figure out how to use. Spent months on features that players ignored completely. That experience – all those painful lessons – that's what I bring to this program. You'll learn not just how to code, but how to think like someone who needs to ship working games that real people actually want to play.
