How We Hire

Our hiring process is straightforward. We want to see your work and understand how you think about design problems. No trick questions or algorithm challenges.

Portfolio Review

Send us your portfolio with 3-4 projects that show your design process. We're more interested in your thinking than perfect pixel work. Include challenges you faced and how you solved them.

Design Discussion

We'll have a relaxed conversation about your work and design philosophy. This usually happens over video call and takes about an hour. Come with questions about us too.

Project Collaboration

Work with us on a small paid project - usually 1-2 days of work. This helps both of us see if we're a good fit before making any big commitments.
